Our current existence is due to evolution and adaptability. There are fundamental principles of evolution and adaptation that all living things must abide by, whether they be creatures, plants, mountains, rivers, seas, birds, forests, cities, villages, planets, asteroids, stars, solar systems, galaxies, star birth, and death, or the formation of black holes. When considering the universe's weak and strong gravitational and electrostatic forces, evolution and adaptation themselves are subject to a set of norms and regulations. With the discovery of electrons, neutrons, protons, and quarks, everything in this enormous cosmos is related. I once had a thought: what if we had to program sleep at some point in the future? How are we going to do it? are we able to? I enquired of one of my friends!
